Wendy Yu, PhD(c), LAc (FABORM)

is a lecturer, researcher and clinician in the fields of acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition and functional medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in physiology from Rutgers University, Masters degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University and is working on her PhD in Classical Chinese Medicine from the American University of Complementary Medicine. She also passed the subspecialty boards in Oriental Reproductive Medicine. Wendy specializes in the fields of Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine and Pediatrics. She has publications in Fertility & Sterility, Alternative Therapies in Women's Health, and Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She lectures both in the United States and internationally on the treatment of infertility using acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition.

Wendy practices in Los Angeles at the Eastern Center for Complementary Medicine. She was awarded hospital privileges in the Department of Anesthesiology/Critical Care Medicine at Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles where she will head a pediatric acupuncture program with Yo San University. She is also an advisor to the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.
